We provide estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting.

In compliance with Consumer Protection Ontario laws, your final invoice will not exceed 10% above the estimated price unless additional or different goods or services are required that were not reasonably known or disclosed.

Electrical work often involves hidden conditions behind walls, ceilings or panels that cannot be assessed until work is underway. If unforeseen quality, safety or code issues arise, we will communicate these findings and explain the impact and proceed only with your approval. A customer signature may also be required. By approving the work, the customer acknowledges responsibility for any additional costs required to complete the project safely and to code. These costs will be reflected on the final invoice.

The safety of our customers, staff and properties always comes first.

WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our work with a 30-day warranty on all services performed. Please note that this does not cover customer-supplied fixtures or equipment, and certain exceptions may apply.

This quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued, after which pricing, schedule availability and terms may be subject to change.

LOYALTY PROGRAM
If you are a returning customer, you are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Rewards Program. This program offers a 10% discount (maximum of $100) on services as our way of thanking you for your continued trust and business.
